Paula after smile makeover at Bring Back a Smile Foundation

Paula

Paula's smile had always made her feel insecure due to her small, discoloured teeth and gummy smile. Her oral health was also exacerbated by the chemotherapy and radiation treatments she underwent for breast cancer treatment. Her smile makeover at Vogue Dental Studios, using a combination of Picasso Porcelain Veneers®️ and Gum Laser Surgery by Dr. Betty, transformed her confidence.

Paula's Story

Paula has spent much of her life feeling insecure about her smile. From a young age, she described her teeth as small, discoloured, and showing too much gum when she smiled. Despite these concerns, she carried on with a positive attitude. However, as an adult, Paula faced a new challenge: breast cancer. The chemotherapy and radiation treatments she underwent to fight the cancer further damaged her teeth, compounding her insecurities.

Despite these hardships, Paula has always found strength in caring for others. She has since fostered a young boy, embracing her role with warmth and compassion. Paula feels that she was given a second chance at life after surviving cancer, and she wants to give that same opportunity to someone else. Her journey has made her realise that regaining her smile could bring a new level of confidence and positivity to her life.
