Payments for cosmetic consultations by video or in-person are non-refundable once completed. The total $220 paid is redeemable towards any cosmetic treatment that you decide to proceed with. The $220 paid is not transferable towards friends or family members. If you have booked and paid for a cosmetic consultation and would like to cancel, we will require 48 hours notice and will offer a full refund less merchant fees. If less than 48 hours notice or no notice is given, you will be refunded less late $90 cancellation fee and merchant fees.
The initial $1500 deposit made to start your veneers smile makeover is a non-refundable lab fee. This payment has gone towards the design and print of your temporary veneers as well as all the records taken including scans, photos, X-RAYS, digital mock up and impressions. These are third party fees and paid directly to the lab.
The initial $500 deposit to start your Invisalign treatment is non-refundable. Vogue Dental Studios are more than happy to complete your records and scans without any cost and give you every opportunity to make your decision regarding treatment. As soon as you pay the $500 deposit, you have made a commitment to proceed with treatment and the scans and records are then uploaded directly to Invisalign to establish a treatment plan. This fee paid is non-refundable and cannot be transferred onto other treatments if you have changed your mind.
