Dr Dee and Vogue Dental Studios are pleased to present you with an opportunity to WIN Dr Dee’s $300,000 smile makeover giveaway.
We are giving away a free complete smile makeover to TEN individuals up to the value of $300,000 (up to $30,000 each)
This competition is open to those who are unable to access this sort of treatment due to their financial or social-economical status. We welcome everyone to enter and specifically extend our arms to those who have been affected by dental trauma, neglect, birth defects or abuse. No matter what treatment you may require, Vogue Dental Studios' purpose is to preserve the health of your smile and to reconstruct the aesthetics and functionality of your teeth.

Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern Dr Dee’s Smile Makeover giveaways competition by Vogue Dental Studios (Melbourne ABN 89558398219, Sydney ABN 82417432278). If you have any questions about these terms and conditions, please contact giveaways@voguedentalstudios.com.au
SUITABILITY
The Competition commences on Friday 12th August 2022 and entries close at 11:59 pm (AEDT) on Tuesday 31st January 2023, extended from the 20th November 2022.
Entrants must follow the steps on the Entry Form and comply with these terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with these terms and conditions, or the Entry Form requirements, will result in ineligibility.
Entry is open to all residents of Australia, over the age of 18 years.
Employees of Vogue Dental Studios (or related or unrelated entities), their immediate families, close friends and persons with whom Vogue Dental Studios has a commercial relationship are ineligible to enter.
Vogue Dental Studios reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant for interfering with the entry process or for submitting an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entries are deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt into the Vogue Dental Studios database. Vogue Dental Studios are not responsible for inaccurate or incomplete information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming, or by any technical error that may occur during administration of this Competition. Vogue Dental Studios assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or alteration of entries.
JUDGING AND ANNOUNCEMENT
Ten Finalists will be chosen from the initial pool of entrants. Finalists will be selected by the treating practitioner from eligible entries, based on the information provided – including photos and the received email response.
Finalists will be notified by 6pm 10th February 2023.
Dr Dee or our clinician will assess the presenting oral health of each Finalist in the Finalist Consultation. A winner will then be selected from the ten Finalists, based on their suitability for a Smile Makeover.
The timeframe for announcement of the winner following the Finalist Consultation will depend on the availability of Dr Dee or our clinician to effectively plan and consider appropriate treatment options for each Finalist.
The Winners will be announced by 1st March 2023.
Vogue Dental Studios will publish updates regarding the announcement of the Winner, after Finalist Consultations have been completed.
REQUIREMENTS – FINALISTS AND WINNER
Finalists and the Winner must agree and adhere to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms will result in alternative Finalists or Winner being chosen.
The Finalists must attend a consultation and a comprehensive examination and consultation with Dr Dee or one of our clinicians, to discuss their treatment options.
Finalists must be available on the week of 20th February 2023 for a consultation (video consultation for interstate patients). Treatment will be started mid 2023 upon the suitability of Vogue Dental Studios’ schedule. There may be other appointments required which will be discussed with the Finalists. Interstate finalists may be required to go to their local dentist for records.
All Finalists will be provided with Vogue Dental Studios’ Media Release Consent Form prior to confirming them as Finalists. All Finalists will be required to sign this Media Release Consent Form prior to being confirmed as a Finalist. In the event a Finalist does not wish to proceed or sign the Media Release Consent Form, an alternative Finalist may or may not be selected to progress.
The Media Release Consent Form will include an obligation that the Finalists and the Winner agree to the use of their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes. The use will be without compensation and the copyright in all images, photography and videography will be owned by Vogue Dental Studios. The Winner agrees that a description of the dental treatment received in their Smile Makeover will be published, including their presenting dental condition, and the treatments provided.
The Finalists and Winner must agree (prior to confirmation of them as a Finalist or Winner) to use of their information in accordance with these terms and conditions.
This competition is open to Australian residents only. Interstate patients will be required to fund their own journey.
PRIZE – FINALISTS
Each Victorian Finalist will receive a free examination, check up and clean to use within 12 months at Vogue Dental Studios, as well as a complimentary consultation valued at $220.
Each Finalist will undergo a Finalist Consultation with Dr Dee or one of our clinicians. The Finalist Consultation will include comprehensive examination, and potentially relevant diagnostic x-rays and clean with our hygienist if required. Interstate finalists will be consulted via Video consultation.
THE PRIZE – WINNER
TEN winners will be chosen. Each Winner will receive a Smile Makeover up to the value of $30,000.
A Smile Makeover includes a dental treatment, tailored to the specific individual, to address the aesthetics of the smile.
The Smile Makeover treatment plan will be provided by Dr Dee as well as our supporting clinicians to the Winner.
The prize is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer made by Vogue Dental Studios. If the prize is unclaimed in 12 months from announcement, it can no longer be redeemed.

USE OF INFORMATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
By submitting personal information and entering the Competition, you agree Vogue Dental Studios may collect, use and disclose to third parties such personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions, the Vogue Dental Studios privacy policy and as otherwise permitted or required by law.
Information submitted by entrants will be used to assess their dental condition and eligibility for a Vogue Dental Studios by the treating practitioner.
The Finalists and Winners name, image and some health information may be published by Vogue Dental Studios. The health information will be limited to a description of the presenting dental condition and the dental treatment provided.
In addition to the above, all information supplied will be treated in accordance with the Vogue Dental Studios Privacy Policy.
All entrants consent to Vogue Dental Studios using your personal information for direct marketing including providing you with additional communications, information and promotions. If you do not agree with your personal information being used in accordance with these terms and conditions, do not enter the promotion and do not provide any personal information to us.
HEALTH SERVICES
Cosmetic and reconstructive dental treatment will only be performed by Dr Dee and his team of clinicians if it is deemed suitable and appropriate. Vogue Dental Studios does not encourage and will not participate in the indiscriminate or unnecessary use of any health services.
The treating practitioner will determine the nature of Smile Makeover treatment is suitable, based on the patient’s presenting dental condition and outcome expectations.
Informed consent will be sought prior to the commencement of any treatment. Our treatment practitioner will discuss the outcome expectations of each patient prior to the commencement of any treatment.
Any medical and dental procedure, including cosmetic dental treatment, carries some inherent risk; we advise you to seek a second opinion from an appropriately qualified dentist before proceeding.
GENERAL TERMS
If, for any reason, this Competition is not capable of running as planned, Vogue Dental Studios reserve the right, subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion. Vogue Dental Studios may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
Disruption to the Competition may include, but is not limited to: unavailability of the treating practitioner, additional industry or social restrictions in the State of Victoria due to the Coronavirus pandemic, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Vogue Dental Studios which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion.
Vogue Dental Studios reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this promotion and its terms and conditions at any time without notice.
